Introduction

• Diocesan Resource Team
  A team of officers and advisers who work together to support mission and ministry of the local church and to encourage lay and ministerial development.
   
• Parish Support
  A number of diocesan officers work to support the ministry of parishes and local churches. This section will give you details about what we have to offer in a variety of areas

• Clergy Support
  The diocese is committed to supporting and caring for its clergy and encouraging their development in ministry.

• Lay Development and Ministry
  As well as Readers we have Authorised Pastoral Assistants and provide opportunities to help lay Christian grow in the confidence needed to take leadership roles.

• Lindisfarne Regional Training Partnership
  The Lindisfarne RTP promotes adult Christian learning and provides training for readers and clergy as well as resources for discipleship development.

• Ministry Beyond the Church
  The diocese recognises the great value of ministry outside normal church structures

• Vocation
  The Church works hard to help people discern God’s call for their lives. In this section you will find information about how we do that for ordained and reader ministry.
